DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

Bosporus is the necklace of Istanbul, Istinye district is a pearl attached on that necklace, and Kadir Has Villas were built in front of Istinye Park, overlooking Istanbul.

This project consists of 7 triplex villas built on a plot of land covering 11,000 m2, its total footprint area is 7,000 m2, each villa covers a footprint area of 800 m2. It also contains an outdoor swimming pool, garage, sauna, sports areas, walkways and green fields.
