Founded in 1960 in Istanbul, the company entered the construction sector and became incorporated in 1980 under the name Erkan Group of Companies.

With the projects completed to date, Erkan İnşaat has built exceptional living spaces, making its mark with innovative works that meet all needs through its uniquely designed concepts in every new project.

In addition to the construction sector, the company has significant experience in the mining industry, becoming an important player in the sector with its coal mine operation, which it started in 1960 under the name Erkan İnşaat Madencilik ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş in Kemerburgaz, Istanbul.

By entering the Turkish tea sector in 1990, the company added another dimension to its experience, establishing a tea factory on 22 acres of land in Rize Kendirli, with an area of 1,600 m², producing 120 tons of tea per day, thereby making a significant contribution to the industry.

With half a century of experience, Erkan Group of Companies continues its investment and entrepreneurial activities, achieving successful work primarily in construction, as well as in mining, tourism, and consulting.
