1960

Erkan İnşaat began operating by entering the construction industry in Istanbul, widening its field in the same period with investments in mining.
1980

Strengthening its corporate structure, the company took the name Erkan Şirketler Grubu and continued to grow with investments in sectors beyond construction.
1990

It entered the tea industry with a factory built on 22 dönüm of land in Kendirli, Rize. With a daily capacity of 120 tonnes, the plant became a significant step in the group's production and investment strength.
2010

Supporting education with the Fatma Nuri Erkan Primary School, Erkan Şirketler Grubu went on creating value for society through further social responsibility projects such as a mosque, a Quran course and a science and arts centre.
2015

With Pırlanta Göztepe, developed in a prized location in Istanbul, it brought its experience in real estate together with a new generation's understanding of living.
2016

It widened its investments in Istanbul's distinguished locations with the Pırlanta Koru, Pırlanta Çamlıca and Pırlanta Feneryolu projects.
2024

With Pırlanta Ümraniye it added new value to its investments in Istanbul, bringing modern architecture together with quality living spaces and a robust approach to building.
2026

Work began on Pırlanta Acıbadem in Acıbadem, one of Istanbul's prestigious districts, and on Pırlanta Çengelköy in Çengelköy, known for its historic fabric.
