A safe and functional living space that starts from what students need.

KYK Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Öğrenci Yurdu treats the housing needs of students not as accommodation alone but as a safe and functional living experience. Built as two blocks in Başakşehir, one of Istanbul's developing districts, the project was realised to offer an answer of quality to the area's need for student housing.

With 40,000 m² of total built area, the building was designed around shared areas that support the daily needs of student life and a 24/7 approach to security. The project is one of the important references showing Erkan İnşaat's planning and delivery experience across different building types.
