A lasting building at the centre of Istanbul's business life.

Located in Teşvikiye, one of Istanbul's long established and prestigious districts, İkbal İş Merkezi is one of the quality buildings delivered at the centre of the city's trade and business life. Built by Erkan İnşaat, the project stands among the important references of the company's construction experience reaching back to the 1990s, through both its central location and its functional layout.

The six storey building, with 13,000 m² of built area, was constructed to answer the needs of the business life of its day with a programme of 2 shops and 20 offices. Completed in 1994, İkbal İş Merkezi keeps its place in the portfolio as an early example of the projects Erkan İnşaat has undertaken in Istanbul's valuable centres and of its building experience spread across the years.
